I use hypnosis as the cornerstone of my work. Hypnosis is a powerful tool for effecting change in it’s own right as well as being a perfect complement to a range of other techniques employed to achieve desired outcomes. Alongside hypnosis I am trained in a range of additional techniques and approaches which I draw upon as appropriate. These are outlined below.
Future Life Progression
Future Life Progression (FLP) is a technique which employs light hypnosis to enable you to visit your future, or one of a number of possible futures in order to get insights, and benefit from the wisdom and positive energy you have gained in those future lives. FLP can be applied to any context and can be a wonderful aid to decision making and manifesting a positive future. It’s also a fun way to explore future possibilities.
Past Life Regression
Past Life Regression is a hypnotic technique which enables you to explore one, or several, past life experiences. it allows you to discover the root cause of repeating patterns that affect you in this life and to cut the ties to those patterns to make positive changes in your current life.
Thought Field Therapy
Thought Field Therapy (TFT) was developed by Dr Roger Callahan and is ands on therapy that works by tuning into the thought field of a particular issue and tapping specific meridian points in order to alleviate specific problems and imbalances. It can balance the bodies energy system, promote heath and remove unwanted emotions

Psy-Tap is a range of psychosensory techniques and principles drawing on the root therapies of PTFT, EMDR, Psychosensory SATT and advanced meridian intervention techniques. The Psy-TaP approach is constantly evolving to include the best of rapid, effective and proven approaches.

Time Line Therapy focuses on the way in which our memories are stored and encoded in time. It is a process which identifies the root cause of negative emotions and facilitates their removal as well as the providing the ability to let go of limiting decisions.
